Schedule, Rules and Enforcements

    Our center is open six days per week and is open year around. Our Board Of Directors is responsible for the making of operational hours, holiday closings and all other schedule related issues. 2016/2017 Operational hours:

Sunday (closed)
Monday - Friday (11:00am - 7:00pm)

11:00am - 2:30pm - Preparation for days lessons, new enrollment, training
     2:30pm - 3:00pm - Students arrive and preparation for academics begin

     3:00pm - 5:00pm - Mandatory Tutoring and Academic Assistance

     5:00pm - 5:45pm - Break Time, Social Interaction and Physical Activity

     5:45pm - 6:45pm - M/W (Empowerment Class & Character Build
                                T/Th (Job skill Training & Preparation)
                                F (Activity Clubs - karate, dance, Fitness)
     6:45pm - 7:00pm - Reflection and Free Talk Time

     7:00pm - Youth Departure

Saturday (11:00am - 7:00pm)

Free time (11:00am - 2:00pm)

Weight lifting (2:00pm - 2:45pm)

      Karate Class (3:00pm - 3:45pm)

     Lunch (4:15pm - 5:00pm)

     Physical Activity Teams & Positive Social Interaction (5:00pm -7:00pm)

Note #1 - Any student who does not need assistance with their studies during the time designated for tutoring and academic assistance will be required to participate in other educational activities. These activities will be designed to increase the students overall GPA in core subjects.

Rules for the Center usage:

1) No fighting
2) No profanity
3) No stealing
4) No disrespect to anyone
5) No promoting hostility
6) No harassment of any kind
7) No un-welcome hand gestures or body motion
8) No leaving the premises without permission
9) No falsification of any records
10) No illegal, indecent or immoral activities

Enforcements of our rules and regulations are necessary to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and given the respect they deserve. Depending on the seriousness of the violation it will ultimately determine the disciplinary action that will be taken. However as a general rule for reference we have listed our normal procedure:

1st violation = verbal warning
2nd violation = conference
3rd violation = suspension
4th violation = termination of agreement

     In any given situation the Director of Operations will be the highest level of appeals and may make the final decision after conducting an investigation of the matters at hand.
